01About these terms

02What this site is

This site describes what we do and shows examples of work. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here forms a contract between us. A working relationship begins only when both sides agree scope, fees and terms in a separate written agreement.

03Enquiries and audits

Submitting an enquiry or booking a funnel audit does not oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline work, and you are under no obligation to engage us. Anything discussed on a funnel audit is indicative until it is written into an agreement.

04Results and past performance

Any figures shown on this site are real results from a specific engagement, in that account, in those conditions. They are reported as evidence of work done, not as a prediction. Advertising and conversion outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, competition, platform behaviour, budget and how quickly you follow up on enquiries.

We do not guarantee any particular result, revenue figure, cost per lead, ranking or return on ad spend through this website. Where a specific commitment or guarantee is offered, it will be written into the signed agreement for that engagement and only that document governs it.

05Your responsibilities as a client

Where we work together, delivery depends on you as well as us. You are responsible for:

• Paying advertising spend, which goes to the advertising platform and is separate from our fees unless the agreement says otherwise.
• Giving timely access to accounts, domains, analytics and anything else the work needs.
• Reviewing and approving copy, creative and pages within agreed timelines.
• The accuracy and legality of the claims, products and pricing you ask us to advertise.
• Responding to the enquiries generated, since a lead nobody calls back produces nothing.

06Third-party platforms

Our work runs on platforms we do not own, including Google and Meta advertising products, analytics tools and hosting providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their decisions, including account suspensions, ad disapprovals, policy changes, pricing changes, outages or changes to how they report data.

07Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycle, taxes and payment terms are set out in the agreement or proposal for your engagement, not on this website. Any pricing shown in a campaign or on a dedicated landing page applies only to that specific offer and to the conditions stated there.

08Intellectual property

The content, layout, design, code and brand assets on this site belong to Zephyraux Consultation Private Limited or are used with permission. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of the site for your own commercial purposes without written permission.

Ownership of work produced during a client engagement, such as landing pages, creative and campaign assets, is dealt with in that engagement's agreement.

09Client confidentiality

We treat client account data as confidential. Where we show results publicly, we anonymise them unless we hold written permission to name the client. If you engage us and would prefer your results never be shown even in anonymised form, tell us and we will record that.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a scale that degrades service, submitting false details through our forms, or using it to send unlawful or abusive content.

11Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.

13Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site, and we may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site or these terms.
